Meet Inga Antrobus, RMCHI

Inga Antrobus, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI), is a dedicated therapist, speaker, researcher, and wellness advocate. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Marriage and Couple Family Counseling, Inga’s work is focused on supporting individuals who have much at stake—those with a lot to lose and a lot they care about. She creates a safe, culturally relevant space for clients to improve their relationships and manage the complexities of their personal, professional, and relational lives.

With a client-centered, holistic approach, Inga helps individuals and families navigate their challenges, uncover patterns, and build solutions that allow them to thrive. Her mission is to ensure that her clients can maintain balance and effectiveness across all areas of their lives, without allowing anything to slip through the cracks.

Where It All Began

Boho Therapy was founded by Inga during her time in graduate school. She recognized a lack of resources for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, particularly within Black and underserved communities. Inga created Boho Therapy to provide tailored support to those who need it most, ensuring that every client feels understood, valued, and equipped to thrive in all aspects of life.

Commitment

Our commitment is to offer culturally relevant, empowering, and personalized care that supports your unique experiences, helping you grow, heal, and achieve balance across all dimensions of your life.
